Mariska Meijer is an entrepreneur and marketeer in leisure events. She has over 30 year of experience in organising theater, leisure and business events for companies and groups. The Cast Company is a trademark of Theater aan het Water in the Netherlands that she started in 2014.
Michiel Florusse
Founder-Writer/Creator
Michiel Florusse, raised in the theaters of the Netherlands, has over 30 years of experience in producing, writing and developing shows and events of all sizes. He learned the ins and outs of the profession from Frank Wentink (Endemol Events) and as an independant producer developed his own signature: a creative and intelligent but always entertaining approach.
Aurelie Cadiou
Trainer/Creator/Assistant Director
Aurélie Cadiou is an Acrobatic coach and choreographer. She graduated as an instructor from the National Circus School of Montreal. She has built valuable experiences as a coach for Cirque du Soleil ( HQ Montreal, Corteo, Totem, Volta, Ovo,..), in addition to coaching professional artists in technical training, movement research and act creation like the event she created for Ferrari in Miami. Her versatility and creativity brought her to work with some of the best artists in the industry.

Thomas Florusse

Website, social media and assistant producer
